08/29/18

At 5:00 AM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched E. Commerce St. in Buffalo, in reference to a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, both parties were separated and the suspect had left the scene. This case is pending the issue of a warrant for the suspect.

At 11:02 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to E. Main St. in Centerville, in reference to a subject with a local warrant for violation of a protection order. The subject was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, without incident.

At 11:03 AM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to LCSO Lobby to meet with a reporting party, wanting to report a violation of a protection order. A report was made and a warrant was issued for the subject.

At 11:13 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to Plantation Dr. in Hilltop Lakes in reference to a report of criminal mischief. A report was made of the incident.

At 2:09 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to W. CR 344 in Marquez, in reference to an unwanted person. Upon arrival, it was verified with dispatch that the unwanted person had a local county warrant. One was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, without incident.

At 4:56 PM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to HWY 79 in Jewett, in reference to the report of an assault. Upon arrival, the suspect had left the scene. The suspect was located shortly after in Marquez, arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, without incident.

At 5:44 PM, Sgt. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to S. Commerce St. in Centerville, in reference to a report of a Hit and Run accident while the vehicle was parked and unattended. A report was made of the incident.

At 8:16 PM, Sgt. Chris Rosales was dispatched to NB I45 in Leona, in reference to a report of mental subject on a bus. EMS was called and transported the person to Madisonville ER to be evaluated. The call was then cleared.

08/30/18

At 4:17 AM, SGT. Jimmy Gifford and Investigator Michael Merchant were dispatched to CR 114 in Centerville, in reference to a request for assistance with a medical call. The patient was transported to Madisonville ER for further medical assistance.

At 8:14 AM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to S. Commerce St. in Centerville, in reference

to a report of suspicious activity. A report was made of the incident.

At 9:10 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to N. Main St. in Jewett, in reference to a report of a stolen vehicle. A report was made of the incident and this case was forwarded to investigations.

At 9:42 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to CR 1464 in Centerville, in reference to a report of a stolen phone. A report was made of the incident.

At 10:45 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to PR 1464 in Centerville, in reference to a report of three cows being out on the road. A Cowboy was contacted to retrieve the cows and the owner would try to be located. The call was then cleared.

At 3:57 PM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to PR 4205 in Marquez, in reference to an animal complaint. The reporting party agreed to allow the loose livestock on his property till the owner could be located. The call was cleared.

At 4:24 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to FM 2539 in Buffalo, in reference to a welfare concern. The person was located and everything checked out to be alright. The call was then cleared.

At 5:34 PM, Sgt. Chris Rosales was dispatched to SB I45 in Centerville, in reference to a report of lost property. A report was made for a lost or possibly stolen wallet. The call was then cleared.

At 5:55 PM, Deputy Stephen Pate was dispatched to CR 149 in Centerville, in reference to a welfare concern. One was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, without incident. A Family Advocate was contacted about the situation and was contacting the victim.

At 8:02 PM, Sgt. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to FM 1119 in Centerville, in reference to a report of criminal trespass. A Criminal Trespass Warning was issued for the subject and the call was cleared.

At 9:15 PM, Deputy Stephen Pate was dispatched to Main St. in Normangee, in reference to a verbal argument. Both parties were separated and this case will be forwarded to Normangee PD.

At 10:39 PM, Deputy Stephen Pate conducted a traffic stop at Teakwood St. in Centerville. When running the driver’s information, it was discovered that they had a warrant out of Madison County. Madison County was contacted and met with Deputy Pate at the county line, to exchange custody of the subject. The call was then cleared.

08/31/18

At 8:20 AM, Deputy Tommy Page was dispatched to Hwy 7 W. in Centerville, in reference to a report of criminal mischief. A report was made of someone shooting out the windows a vehicle during the night. The call was then cleared.

At 9:02 AM, Deputy Jerry Nichols contacted a reporting party via phone, in regards to a report of

harassment. A report was made of the incident and the call was cleared.

At 12:32 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to CR 3461 in Jewett, in reference to a report of missing livestock. A report was made of the incident.

At 2:17 PM, Deputy Tommy Page was dispatched to Honeysuckle St. in Jewett, in reference to a report of credit/debit card abuse. A report was made of the incident and this case was forwarded to investigations.

At 3:51 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to CR 344 in Marquez, in reference to a welfare concern. A Family Advocate was contacted and assisted with the welfare concern on the subject. The person was located and everything checked out alright. The call was then cleared.

09/01/18

At 12:13 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to W. St. Mary’s St. in Centerville, in reference to a report of suspicious activity. A report was made of the incident.

At 2:53 PM, Deputy Stephen Dicker was dispatched to PR 1270 N. in Centerville, in reference to a vehicle complaint. Upon arrival, the vehicle was unable to be located and the call was then cleared.

At 3:58 PM, Deputy Tommy Page was dispatched to PR 1464 in Centerville, in reference to juveniles riding ATV’s on the highway. Upon arrival, the ATV’s were unable to be located but Deputy Page stayed in the area for a while to make sure the area was cleared.

At 6:23 PM, Deputy Jonathan Stubblefield was dispatched to Fairway St. in Hilltop Lakes, in reference to a report of a theft. A report was made of the incident.

At 7:32 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to N. Main St. in Jewett, in reference to a report of a disturbance. A report was made of the incident and a Family Advocate was contacted. This case is active.

At 7:39 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to Barkley Rd. in Marquez, in reference to a report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the vehicle had not been stolen, it was repossessed. The call was then cleared.

09/02/18

At 12:18 AM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to PR 2090 in Centerville, in reference to a report of an unwanted person. Upon arrival, the person was not able to be located and the call was cleared, with a close patrol being done of the area, throughout the night.

At 12:14 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to CR 217 in

Buffalo, in reference to a report of missing livestock. A report was made of the incident.

At 1:11 PM, Deputy Tommy Page was dispatched to HWY 75 N. in Buffalo, in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. Everything checked out alright.

At 3:33 PM, Deputy Jerry Nichols was dispatched to CR 2692 in Buffalo, in reference to a report of a domestic disturbance. One was arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, and a Family Advocate was contacted.

At 5:14 PM, Deputy Tommy Page was dispatched to the LCSO Lobby in reference to someone wanting to report a telephone scam. A report was made of the incident and the reporting party was informed what to look for when receiving those type of phone calls. The call was then cleared.

At 5:58 PM, Deputy Kristin Shaw and SGT. Robert Kelly were dispatched to PR 3087 in Buffalo, in reference to a 911 Hang Up. Upon arrival, it was discovered that there had been a domestic disturbance. A report was made but no charges were filed. A Family Advocate was notified about the incident. The call was then cleared.

At 6:54 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to CR 389 in Marquez, in reference to a report of juveniles trespassing on private property. A Criminal Trespass Warning was issued but was unable to be served at the time due to the subject not being located. The call was then cleared.

At 6:58 PM, SGT. Robert Kelly and Deputy Kristin Shaw were dispatched to CR 1463 in Centerville, in reference to an unattended death. A report was made of the incident.

At 7:49 PM, Deputy Jonathan Stubblefield was contacted via phone, in reference to an incident that occurred at Trail Ride St. in Hilltop Lakes. Deputy Stubblefield made a report of people driving a dirt bike up and down the street recklessly. The area was checked, but the dirt bike nor the drivers were located. The call was then cleared.

At 9:02 PM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to E. Main St. in Marquez, in reference to a report of harassment. A report was made of the incident but no charges were filed upon the victim’s request. A Criminal Trespass Warning was issued for one party and the call was then cleared.

At 11:42, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to E. St. Mary’s St. in Centerville, in reference to a report of suspicious activity at Lacy’s Grocery

with the soda machine’s out front. A report was made of the incident and the call was then cleared.

09/03/18

At 12:45 AM, Deputy Chad Hill was dispatched to FM 1848 in Buffalo, in reference to a noise complaint. Upon arrival, the residents were advised to turn their music down, they were bothering the neighbors. They agreed and the call was cleared.

At 4:53 AM, Deputy Kristin Shaw was dispatched to Hwy 7 E. in Centerville, for a one vehicle accident. A report was made of the incident and one was transported to Madisonville ER for minor injuries.

At 9:53 AM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to Michael St. in Buffalo, in reference to a report of an assault. A report was made of the incident but no charges were filed on the incident.

At 11:10 AM, Deputy Stanley Rodgers was dispatched to Tomahawk Dr. in Hilltop Lakes, in reference to a 911 Hang Up. Upon arrival, everything checked out alright and the call was cleared.

At 1:04 PM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to CR 359 in Buffalo, in reference to a report of a burglary. A report was made of the incident but no charges were to be filed, upon the victim’s request.

At 2:49 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to VW Goodwin Blvd. in Marquez, in reference to a report of criminal trespassing. The subject was located and issued a Criminal Trespass Warning. The call was then cleared.

At 3:37 PM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to E. Commerce St. in Buffalo, in reference to a report of criminal trespassing. A Criminal Trespass Warning was issued for the property and this case is pending the CTW being served.

At 6:46 PM, Deputy Stephen

Pate was dispatched to Main St. in Normangee, in reference to a report of an unwanted person. Upon arrival, it was confirmed by dispatch the unwanted person already had a CTW for them at that property. They were arrested and transported to Leon County Jail, without incident.

At 9:45 PM, Sgt. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to the Exxon Station in Leona, in reference to a welfare concern. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the driver of the vehicle was fatigued and just resting before finishing their drive to Houston. The call was then cleared.

09/04/18

At 9:00 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to FM 977 W in Leona, in reference to a report of a lost wallet. A report was made for the lost property and the call was then cleared.

At 9:37 AM, Deputy Bud Trammel was dispatched to CR 474 in Normangee, in reference to a stolen light bar from a vehicle. A report was made of the incident and this case is active.

At 11:49 AM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to Padgett Rd. in Marquez, in reference to a stolen gun. A report was made of the incident and this case was forwarded to investigations for a follow-up.

At 5:19 PM, Deputy Cody Wood was dispatched to E. St. Mary’s St. in Centerville, in reference to a hit and run vehicle accident at the grocery store. There were no injuries and a report was made of the incident.

At 5:48 PM, SGT. Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to Pearl St. in Marquez, in response to a request for a civil standby. SGT. Jimmy Gifford stayed at the location while the property was exchanged, without incident. The call was then cleared.
