Photo by Mac Shadix If you have noticed an increase in traffic, ball field lights on at night, and encountered larger crowds in local restaurants then you may be aware that Buffalo is hosting 34 baseball teams for two Texas Teenage Baseball State Championship Tournaments.

July 21-23 was the TTAB High School Eligible with 18 teams entered and July 24-28, the most sought after tournament in TTA, the TTAB 8U Boys Machine Pitch division with 16 teams from all across the state. These two events not only put heads in the beds of our local hotels, they will also pack our local restaurants and stores.

Buffalo has two 8U teams competing along with 1 high school eligible team. If you like watching baseball, swing by Buffalo ISD Baseball Complex or Harriman Park to support our local teams.
