Leon County Crime Stoppers reorganized in September 2014. COLLEGE STATION – As temperatures reached 100 degrees and above, the stress on beef cattle increased, said Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service experts.  Though there are no reports of large death losses yet, the stress does affect beef cattle health and certainly reduces their feed efficiency and daily gains, both on pastures and in the feedlots, the experts said.  More...
