On Friday, July 31, 2015, a TV show called Cold Justice Sex Crimes held its Season Premier on TNT Channel 138. The show stars former Harris County Assistant District Attorneys Alicia McNeill and Casey Garrett who work to clear unsolved sexual assault cases. Assisting McNeill and Garrett on the case was Jesse Alvarado, a seasoned sex crime detective from Los Angeles, California.  More...

The Buffalo Public Library concluded the Summer Reading Program on Friday, July 17. Thanks to all the readers who participated. We enjoyed meeting you and hope to continue seeing you the rest of the summer. Prizes were given for books read, the McDonalds ice cream coupon was a favorite reward.
