Alice S. Langley was born on February 6, 1925 in Leon County, Texas. Her parents were Alfred and Minnie (Rodell) Wilkins. She was a lifelong resident of the Centerview Community located east of Centerville on FM 811. She was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church. Alice married Howard Yance Langley on February 6, 1945 and they were married until his death on August 24, 2002.  More...

The Buffalo Bison grabbed an early 3-0 lead against district foe New Waverly and only trailed 17-21 at half time but had a rough second half and fell to the Bulldogs 24- 48 on October 10th.
