Funeral services for Carolyn Barnett, age 73, of Donie, were held on Monday, January 20, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. in the Donie Baptist Church in Donie, Texas. Pastor Lloyd Lane officiated the service. Graveside services were held at 2:30 P.M. on Monday at the New Church Cemetery in the Edge Community of Brazos County.  More...

Buffalo hosted Rice on Tuesday, January 21 and fans were treated to an exciting game with a happy ending for the home crowd.  The teams traded buckets through the first quarter. BHS’ scoring was led by sophomore Bryce Pauler and --in his first varsity outing-- freshman Rhett Kilgore, with senior Tyler Adams dominating on the boards.
