On August 9, 2013 Charlcie Casey appeared in the District Courtroom before Judge Jerry Sandel for two indictments of theft. She had no attorney with her and explained to the judge that she had not been given “enough time” to engage her lawyer for this court date. Sandel postponed the arraignment and ordered Casey to be in court with her attorney on October 11.  More...
