Commissioners meet without Judge Ryder
     The Leon County Commissioners Court held its regular meeting on February 11, 2013 with Commissioner Joey Sullivan presiding in the absence of Judge Byron Ryder. Commissioner Sullivan explained that the judge was in Washington D.C. to investigate funding Leon County, which has been determined a federally disadvantaged county.
