Man arrested by FPD Frasier on McDonald Street. He was a pedestrian but was in the area of a burglary call so info was obtained on him. He had a slick plan….Just give the officer his brother’s name as his own….but, this led to him being arrested for local City Warrants…..And this then led him to his correct name and DOB…..which landed him in Jail for Fugitive Failure To Identify….. For the law plainly states that it expects everyone to give correct information to any police officer…..plus, it is all enhanced if you give the wrong name in order to keep from being arrested! And, since he had given his brother’s name, in order to beat the rap on his own outstanding Warrants….. Well…..It just... Wasn’t his day…..Or lying is not his game! He lied, he went to Jail, and the severity of the charged bumped up as he was a fugitive.
