In February of this year Flo Volunteer Fire Department purchased 2.67 acres of land at the Flo Crossroads next to Flo Water. Plans are to sell the timber off the land and use those funds to install a culvert as required for the Texas DOT and clear the re- maining area for a fire station, driveway, parking and a medical helicopter landing pad.  More...
LINDEN, TX– Funeral services for Lisa Lee Holt, 50, of Palestine, Texas, formerly of Linden, were held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Linden United Methodist Church with Rev. Kevin Young and Bro. Trey Roberson officiating. Interment was in Linden Cemetery under the direction of Reeder-Davis- Schindler Funeral Home in Linden.
