The Buffalo High Class of '11 hosted their big fundraiser, the Project Graduation Steak Dinner with a $10,000 raffle on Saturday evening, November 13. The BIG winner of the evening was Jeannine Myers of Buffalo. Myers outlasted 249 of her neighbors and friends to end up with the last vial in the hopper. Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Murchison, age 47, were held on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. at Ricks-Bowers Funeral Home in Jewett. Bro. Paul Wilson of Living Faith Baptist Church officiated. Interment followed at Sardis Cemetery.   Visitation were held on Tuesday with the family present from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.   More...
