Candice (Himburg) Fruge

Memorial services for Candice (Himburg) Fruge, age 36, of Leona, Texas and formerly Romayor, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 12, 2010 at the Walters Funeral Home in Centerville, Texas.

Candice “Candy” (Himburg) Fruge was born on February 11, 1974 in Pensacola, Florida to Robert and Brenda (Hester) Himburg. Candice was a skilled craftswoman. She had lived in Leona for the past 5 years. Her family will always remember her as being very family oriented. She loved her two daughters and spent as much time as she could with them. Candice’s favorite pastime was visiting with her closest family and friends and having family get-togethers. She passed away on September 2, 2010 in Crockett, Texas. Candice was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Himburg; brother, Richard Himburg and her paternal & maternal grandparents.

Survivors include father, Robert Himburg of Leona, Texas; daughters, Angelique & Nicole Fruge of Deer Park, Texas; brother, Russell Himburg of Romayor, Texas; sisters, Brenda Rhodes of Romayor, Texas and Jennifer Himburg of Cleveland, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
