Reserve Deputy Stephen Pate responded to CR 318 near Centerville in reference to a complaint of loose livestock, horses and donkeys on complainant’s property. Deputy Skip Young contacted complainants at LCSO in reference to a report of check fraud. Investigation pending. Deputy David Sales was dispatched to CR 2612 near Oakwood in reference to a juvenile complaint. Deputy Chris Nash was dispatched to Hwy 7 West of Marquez to deliver a death notification. Deputy Chris Nash responded to PR 2205 near Buffalo in reference to a domestic disturbance and civil standby. Lt. Kevin Ellis was dispatched to Love St. in Oakwood in reference to a disturbance. Investigator Robert Kelly responded to CR 392 near Jewett for a complaint of loose livestock, a black bull out on the roadway. Deputy Sharon Williams was dispatched back to CR 392 near Jewett regarding the black bull being out again. Deputy Chris Nash was dispatched to Polk St. in Centerville in reference to a welfare concern. The subject of concern was contacted and transported to the hospital for medical assistance. Deputy Sharon Williams responded to Leona Blvd. in Leona regarding a complainant wanting to file report of threats made to them.

Deputy Skip Young responded to the area of Hwy 7 near Marquez regarding loose livestock, a black cow out near the roadway. Deputy Chris Nash was dispatched to Hwy 79 near Marquez in reference to a domestic disturbance.

08-27-10 Deputy Sharon Williams was dispatched to CR 413 near Centerville for a report of suspicious 4-wheelers driving around the residence. Deputy Sharon Williams responded to a residential alarm west of Marquez on Hwy 79. Deputy Brian Stafford was dispatched to CR 367 near Jewett in reference to a report of theft and criminal mischief where solar panels and batteries were taken and property damaged. Deputy Sharon Williams was dispatched to Hwy 39 near Jewett in reference to a residential alarm. Reserve Deputy Steven Pate was dispatched to CR 338 near Jewett in reference to a domestic disturbance. Suspect was arrested for assault causing bodily injury and transported to LCSO Jail.

Deputy Jack Tomlinson responded to Mays St. in Oakwood in reference to a report of a violation of a protective order. Deputy Jimmy Gifford responded to CR 326 in Jewett to a report of an unwanted person on the property.

Deputy Bart Dorman contacted a complainant at LCSO in reference to a report of burglary of a motor vehicle on PR 2085 near Centerville. Deputy Jimmy Gifford responded to a business on S. Deputy Brian Stafford responded to PR 2010 near Centerville in reference to a report of a burglary of a travel trailer. Deputy Brian Stafford was dispatched to Summer St. in Centerville in reference to a domestic disturbance. Lt. Kevin Ellis contacted a complainant on CR 207 near Centerville in reference to an animal complaint. Deputy Chris Nash was dispatched to CR 464 in Normangee in reference to a burglary report. Commerce in Buffalo in reference to a burglary alarm. Deputy Skip Young responded to Hwy 7 west of Marquez for a report of loose livestock on the roadway. Deputy David Sales contacted a complainant on Hwy 79 near Oakwood in reference to an abandoned vehicle on the property. Deputy David Sales initiated a traffic stop on I-45 at the 177mm resulting in an arrest of the driver for warrants out of Dallas County and illegal possession of medications. Deputy David Sales responded to W. St. Mary’s in Centerville in reference to a disturbance.
