We had one child repeatedly dialing 911 from the Wortham area continuously for 40 minutes. The child could not comprehend our requests to “go get your Mommy”, so the calls continued. This tied up a line for 2/3 of an hour. Had their been multiple emergencies…..Somebody would not have been able to get through. Potentially, a very dangerous possibility.
