Buffalo gains new Postmaster

Janice Rogers Janice Rogers is the new Postmaster of Buffalo. Rogers came to Buffalo from Oakwood where she had served as postmaster since December 1995.

Rogers has been married to C.E. (Gene) Rogers for 37 years. They have twin daughters, Amanda Rogers, and Amy Jo Johnson who is married to Brandon Johnson of Flint and two granddaughters, Presley, 7 and Parker, 3.

Rogers has been with the United States Postal Service since 1983 when she started as a Rural Carrier Relief in Palestine, TX. She has served as postmaster in Oakwood, Latexo and Cayuga and has been an Officer in Charge at Grapeland, Elkhart and Lovelady.
