      Gary D. Marine, 57, of Fairfield, passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 at ETMC in Tyler after a long and courageous battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Gary left us for his Heavenly Home. Services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at Capps Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bubba Rutherford officiating. Graveside services followed at 3:00 p.m.

      Mildred Bernice Raley, beloved mother of Jim Sawyer and JoAnn Cockrell passed away at the age of ninety-five, on August 15, 2010. She died of natural causes at the home of JoAnn with whom she has been living for several months and is survived by a son, Jimmy D. Sawyer (Rita) of Double Oak, Texas, and a daughter, JoAnn Cockrell (George) of Buffalo, Texas.
