Ralph Billings Sheriff’s Report Number 499- Three head loose horses, FCR-521. DPS Purnell arrests DWI, Mile 208. Report from south part of County, one driver just pointed a gun at another driver when passing. Sewer backing into house on Nicholas, Teague City worker called. WPD Keathley to report one dog killed another on San Saba. TPD reed to problematic 13 year old on Hullum, threatening to kill others. Report zings in from Limestone County, man burning toxic items, Tehuacana, Limestone County S.O. advised.

DPS Adams, Dep. Aldrich, THDEMS, Mexia EMS, Teague VFD to head on accident, US-84 at FCR-971 road blocked. Teague and Fairfield VFD’s to structure fire on Cedar Street. Aunt assigned as temporary custodian of five having troubles with one, Mr. Elom to same. TPD Howard and Deputy Shipley to report of Domestic Troubles, US- 84. Deputies transport Mental Commitment to Palestine.

FEMS to assist elderly Lady after a tumble. THDEMS to Maple, 22 year old thinks having heart trouble. TPD Martin arrests motorist on Loop 255, Parole Warrant. DPS Adams in with another, a female, who claimed to be from Oklahoma…..but closer examination indicated that this was not truthful, finally she came up with a completely different name, and, oh yes, she did have a Texas ID card, to Jail, Failure To Identify.

FEMS to Spur 113, blood sugar 19, way too low. DPS Purnell arrests DWI Felony, Mile 208. Fairfield VFD to grassfire, west 84. FEMS to Boyd Unit, complaint of chest pains. Complaint f starving horses and cows, FM-489, Dep. Diana Willis to same, plenty of food and water present. FEMS to Reunion, Healthcare nurse reports man having balance troubles, falling into things, etc. Dep. Shaw to FCR-502, unwanted visitor. Some present at this location drinking….that was the majority of the problem.

THDEMS to Webb, man ill. Deputy Robert Willis to FCR-301, gun stolen out of back bedroom, pills from another and a 24 pack of Coca Colas. Deputies called to ER, man just dropped off by female, had an argument, turned into a Domestic. FEMS to Boyd unit, Inmate slashed his wrists. Call comes in from Rooster’s Bar across the line, patron assaulted girl at same, jumped in a tan/gold pickup and fled, transferred caller to Limestone Co. S.O. THDEMS to FM-1451, man very ill. Report from FM- 80, man reports someone has been stealing gasoline out of his gas cans, but this time is different….They took the cans this time…..Now, they’ll just have worry about one thing….Which one of these cans did he put the half pound of sugar in?

Man calls to advise that he was just assaulted at Brookshire Bros. on the parking lot, FPD to same. Turns out the assaulter was an older man who didn’t like that the caller had parked in a Handicapped Parking Space. Mexia EMS to West Riley in Wortham, Lady in extreme pain. Deputy Shipley to report of license plate missing from trailer…..Somewhere between Fairfield, Texas and Detroit, Michigan! Doubtful that we will send a car to scour the bar ditches between here and there.

Report from Frisco PD advises that suicidal man had departed their town and was believed to be in the vicinity of Kirvin. Another bit of information says now he has moved to Dew area. Updated info advises that he is a.) suicidal b.)armed c.)a competitive pistol shot with past match scores putting him in the upper 10% of all competitive shooters nationwide d.) driving a Porsche automobile. The next thing you know Deputies House and McGowan spot the Porsche and it takes off, they following with red lights on. After a short .3 miles the Porsche pulls to the shoulder, travels over a culvert dragging the bottom of his vehicle over the same which disabled the sports car. Man carried to the ER for evaluation, transported to psych unit in Dallas area. Oh, by the way, he was armed…..three of ‘em in the Porsche.

Lady upset, went to pick up lawn mower at repair shop and price keeps going up, FPD advised. THDEMS to J.A.Brooks Drive, Lady fell this morning, still suffering from results of same. Deputy Rick Howerton to/ from Waco, mental transport. Deputy House stops motorist to advise that brake light defective, US-84, found to be wanted out of Dallas and Harris Counties on Warrants.

Plane reported in the water at Teague City Lake, TPD, Teague VFD, Deputies, Game Warden, DPS and no doubt others to scene. Plane found to be registered to man in our area, but he was located, doing just fine……Turned out, someone stole his plane at Teague Airport, apparently for a joy ride. As of this writing today, the pilot has not been found. Either slung a distance from the plane, or swam then walked from the

scene.

WPD Essary to house Lexington break-in report on Colorado. FPD sent to Fairway, Lady just found snake in bedroom. DPS Adams, Dep. McGowan, Dew VFD and FEMS to accident, FM-489. TPD Sykora to report of Lady being jumped by aunt and her daughter. Deputy McGowan to theft report at residence on FCR- 743. Dep. Shipley to recovered stolen item, FCR-867. Loose cattle, Freestone area at Church.

Deputies to FCR-1222, mama cow and offspring in Lady’s yard. Mexia EMS to west Trinity, Lady stung by bee, breathing troubles now. Call comes in, man advises highjacked at gun point at Shell Station, Mile 197, carried to FCR-606 and robbed, they threw his keys and cell phone away, FPD to same. FPD Matejowsky arrests female on six outstanding City of Fairfield Warrants. FEMS and Butler VFD to asthma troubles on FM-489.

This will be a short one this week. Going out of town for Training. Be back by the time you read this in the newspaper.
