Jerry Wakefield 06-30-10 Deputy Brian Stafford was dispatched to CR 428 in Marquez in reference to a report of suspicious activity, a possible prowler near the residence. Deputy Chris Nash responded to an apartment complex in Normangee in reference to a verbal disturbance between a mother and daughter.

07-01-10 Deputy Jack Tomlinson was dispatched to FM 831 in reference to a residential burglary alarm. Deputy Jack Tomlinson responded to a business in Centerville in reference to a report of suspicious activity. Deputy Chris Nash was dispatched to PR 1310 near Centerville in reference to an animal complaint. Deputy Chris Nash was dispatched to CR 342 near Jewett in reference to a report of loose livestock. Deputy Chris Nash responded to FM 3178 in Centerville to meet with a subject in reference to a civil complaint regarding child custody. Deputy Chris Nash was dispatched to CR 230 near Centerville in reference to a report of a deceased person. Deputy Skip Young responded to FM 1469 out of Jewett in reference to a civil complaint regarding child custody. Deputy Brian Stafford was dispatched to PR 2066 in reference to a report of reckless vehicle speeding on the roadway. Deputy Jack Tomlinson responded to Hwy 7 in Centerville in reference to a report of loose livestock, a cow near the roadway.

07-02-10 Deputy Skip Young was dispatched to a business in Centerville in reference to a counterfeit $10 dollar bill. Deputy Skip Young responded to CR 377 in reference to a report of a stolen license plate and wiring from a Jet Ski trailer. Deputy Jimmy Gifford contacted a subject in reference to a complaint about child custody, a civil issue. Deputy Jimmy Gifford was dispatched to V. W. Goodwin Blvd. in Marquez in reference to an agency assist with TMR-EMS attending a combative patient. Deputy Jack Tomlinson responded to Hwy 79 in Oakwood to meet with a complainant in reference to receiving threatening phone calls from an ex-spouse regarding child custody.

07-03-10 Deputy Jack Tomlinson was dispatched to CR 309 out of Buffalo in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle on the property. Deputy Jerry Grimes was dispatched to FM 811 near Centerville in reference to a residential alarm. Deputy David Sales responded to West St. Mary’s in Centerville in reference to an alarm. Deputy Dwight Myers was dispatched to CR 112 near Centerville in reference to a report of suspicious circumstances. Deputy Dwight Myers responded to PR 2140 near Oakwood in reference to a complaint of loud music. Deputy Bart Dorman was dispatched to a report of an assault on the square in Centerville. When he arrived on scene, the involved subjects were unable to be located. Deputy Dwight Myers contacted a complainant in reference to a report of past indecency with a child. The investigation will be forwarded to Investigator Dee Craft for follow-up.

07-04-10 Deputy Bart Dorman was dispatched to the area of Old Bryan Rd. and Charles St. in Centerville in reference to a report of suspicious subjects walking in the area. Deputy Dwight Myers responded to Beaver St. in Centerville in reference to a report of an assault that occurred on an earlier date. Domestic Victim’s Advocate was notified. Deputy Jerry Grimes was dispatched to CR 403 out of Normangee in reference to a report of burglary of a building where several items including saddles and lawn care equipment were stolen. Deputy Jerry Grimes contacted a complainant at LCSO in reference to a report of stalking. Deputy Dwight Myers was dispatched to FM 542 near Oakwood in reference to a report of a disturbance. Deputy Bart Dorman responded to S. Rusk St. in Centerville in reference to an assault report that occurred on an earlier date. Deputy Bart Dorman was dispatched to Virginia St. in Centerville in reference to a report of a suspicious subject walking around the residence. Deputy Dwight Myers contacted a subject by phone in reference to a report of an ongoing problem where his tractor is being borrowed without permission.

07-05-10 Deputy Sharon Williams was dispatched to FM 1146 in reference to a report of criminal mischief to a motor vehicle. Deputy Bart Dorman responded to PR 4080 near Jewett in reference to a welfare concern. Deputy Brian Stafford contacted a subject in Centerville in reference to a report of a civil standby. Deputies Brian Stafford and Bart Dorman were dispatched to CR 456 in reference to a domestic disturbance involving a weapon. The suspect fled the scene but with assistance of the vehicle’s “OnStar” system, the vehicle and suspect was located and detained in Navasota by authorities. A warrant was obtained for the suspect for Aggravated Assault and he was arrested and transported back to Leon County SO for booking and holding. Family Violence Advocate was notified.

07-06-10 Investigator Dee Craft contacted a complainant in reference to a report of injury to a child. CPS was notified and the case is currently under investigation. Deputy David Sales responded to CR 413 near Centerville in reference to a report of found property. Deputy David Sales was dispatched to CR 3282 near Buffalo for a report of animal neglect. Deputy Skip Young responded to a verbal disturbance on Hwy 75 South of Centerville. Deputy David Sales was dispatched to FM 977 West of Leona in reference to a report of loose livestock. Deputy Paskel Foster responded to a residential alarm on I-45 S feeder road near Buffalo. Deputy David Sales was dispatched to PR 3155 near Buffalo in reference to a civil standby. Deputy David Sales contacted a complainant off Summers St. in Centerville in reference to threats by phone. Deputy Bart Dorman was dispatched to Rusk St. in Centerville for the report of an assault. Deputy Brian Stafford was dispatched to CR 480 near Centerville for a burglary alarm.
