BHS sophomore Wesley Mundy, 16, landed a whopper while fishing with his friend Pierce Johnson at a private pond at Johnson's home last week. The carp, which Mundy guestimated at 23 lbs, put up a good fight before the teens were able to scoop him onto land using a large feed bucket.
Mundy is an avid fisherman, but even so he was pretty proud of this catch.
