Grand jury returns twenty-nine indictments

Whitney T. Smith, District Attorney met with the Leon County Grand Jury members May 4, 2010 and presented thirty cases of crimes alleged to have occurred in Leon County, for their review. An indictment (true bill) was returned on twenty-nine cases, and one case was passed.
