Burglars hit R Construction twice

R Construction, on Highway 79, has been hit by burglars twice within the past week. The first incident occurred during the night on Thursday when approximately 600 gallons of diesel was taken from seven 18-wheelers which are owned by the company.

On Sunday night the burglars returned and stole a pickup, trailer and lawn mowing equipment which belonged to one of the employees of R Construction.

Sources say that security cameras got a good shot of two trucks with fuel tanks on the backs which are believed to be used in the first robbery.
