Buffalo EE Club meets March 17th

“District 8 Spring Conference” on April 1st, in Georgetown.

The Buffalo EE Club met on March 17th at the home of Charlcie Casey. The meeting was called to order by President, Leslie Maciel at 1:10 pm with 16 members and 1 guest present. We were honored with 1 new member (Sue Glass). Members answered the roll call by answering the question “what is your favorite flower and why”? Club reports were given and approved. Members were reminded of “Cultural Arts Day” on March 23rd and the “District 8 Spring Conference” on April 1st, in Georgetown. It was reported the 2010 Leon County EE Spring Trip will be on May 6th (Thursday) and will be visiting the college to see the “azalea gardens” in Nacogdoches. Several crafts were discussed and will start to make them at the April club meeting. There were 3 door prizes won by
Debbie White (she got the BIG one), Barbara Hankins and Barbara Davis. We adjourned at 2:30 pm.  Next month the club meeting will meet again at the home of Charlcie Casey and meet at the regular time of 12:00 (noon). As always bring a covered dish. The Buffalo EE Club meets on the third Wednesday at 12:00 (noon). If you would like to  check us out or like to become a member, please call: Leslie Maciel at (903) 536-4584.
