Grand Jury indictments returned

From the Office of Whitney T. Smith Leon County District Attorney

 

Whitney T. Smith, District Attorney met with the Leon County Grand Jury members March 25, 2010 and presented fifteen cases of crimes alleged to have occurred in Leon County, for their review. An indictment (true bill) was returned on thirteen cases, one case was no-billed, and one case was passed.
