Centerville Lady Tigers remain unbeaten in district softball action

Becca Smith (3) smashes a hit to left field. Sherry’s Shots The Centerville Lady Tigers remained unbeaten with a 5-2 victory against Onalaska on March 12th to run their district record to 3-0. The Tigers scored 2 in the first and tallied 3 in the fourth innings to secure the victory. Jessie Long pitched a complete game allowing only 2 runs in the fourth inning. Jackie Searcy, Becca Smith, Maygn Harris, and Raimey Griffin contributed singles and pitcher Jessie Long had a double to lead the Tigers. Griffin also fielded several hard hit balls flawlessly at her shortstop position.

The Lady Tigers travel to Anderson-Shiro on March 16th and host New Waverly on March 19th.
