Bison powerlifters finish strong at Regionals

Two BHS athletes competed at the Regional Powerlifting Meet in in Rusk on Saturday, and both freshmen posted their top totals of the season. Jose Dominguez took fifth in the 181 lb weight class with a three-lift total of 1190 lbs. Tate Hartley, competing at 132 lbs, turned in a threelift total of 870 lbs to take 6th place in his division. Senior Jared hawthorne failed to make weight and did not get to lift.
