Gigantic snowflakes -- the biggest in memory -- amazed and delighted Buffaloites on Tuesday morning, February 23rd. An estimated three inches of the rare white stuff blanketed the city of Buffalo, making local landmarks look like Christmas cards. Folks in the Palestine area reported 4”-5”.
