Kenneth Charles "Kenny" Crawford

Funeral services for Kenneth Charles “Kenny” Crawford, age 51, of Centerville were held at 11am on Monday morning at the First Baptist Church in Centerville. Rev. Dean Ferguson, pastor of the church, officiated. He was buried in Crane, Texas on Tuesday following an 11am graveside at the Crane Memorial Cemetery.

Kenny Crawford was born April 20, 1958 in Artesia, New Mexico. He had lived the past two years in Centerville coming from Hilltop Lakes, Fairfield and Crane, Texas. Kenny never met a stranger. He knew Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Centerville. He lived for his family and loved his work at Anadarko and the people who worked with him. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and his dogs. He especially enjoyed visiting with older men and listening to what they had to say. Kenny passed away February 11, 2010 in Bryan, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Crawford; sister, Susan Crawford; and his grandparents. Surviving family members include his wife, Kim Crawford of Centerville; his mother, Charlene Crawford of Crane; sons, Ronnie Warren of Fairfield and Dustin Crawford and wife, Julie, of Palestine; daughter, Amy Crawford of Centerville and brother, Joe Crawford and wife, Judy, of Crane.
