On Thursday evening, February 25th, the Palestine Senior Center located at 200 N. Church Street will host the monthly dance with the “Texas Express”. The dance begins at 7 p.m. and DOORS ARE OPENED at 6:30 p.m. The admission is $6 and the participants are asked to bring a snack or finger food to share. Everyone is invited to the monthly Leona Family Night, 6:00 p.m., Thursday, February 25, at the Leona Community Center, located on FM 977 just east of Hwy 75. Entertainment will be by singer John McGee and pianist Jackie Rogers, who plays as well as Jerry Lee Lewis. Bring your favorite dish and come join us for a fun night. Donate Your Prescription Eyeglasses! The Buffalo Lions Club has placed collection boxes to Recycle for Sight at the following locations: Citizen’s State Bank, Pruitt Cleaners, Brookshire Brother’s Pharmacy, Dr. Vicki Camp, Davis Feed, and Community National Bank.
