The Department answered 202 calls, among them 8 structure fires, and worked 159 hours. The Council approved an agreement with Kerbow and Associates to prepare 2011/2012 Texas Community Development Program Grant Application. At this point they are not sure what will be available but the application will be in place when the need arises. In other business a water well bid from Smith Pump from Waco was approved for $15,426; the Council agreed to replace a 2” waterline on Highway 7 east by Lacey’s Grocery; minutes from last month’s meeting and time sheets were approved.
