Oakwood EEC meets

On January 14th the Oakwood EEC club met at 10:00 a.m. in the Methodist church in Oakwood. Our next meeting will be February 11 with a Valentine covered dish luncheon. Please plan to attend.

Tommy Neyland, the Agriculture agent for Leon County, spoke in to the absence of his wife Wendy, our family and consumer science agent for the Leon County. Tommy gave a very informative program regarding diabetes. After the program, the club members enjoyed a delicious luncheon provided by Jan Poston, Shirley Bell, Rosemay Whitman and Nina Fitch.

The club would like to give Judy Thomason a big "Thank You" for having our Christmas party at her "Party Barn", what a great place for a party.
