Tom Nolen There was a wedding shower last week for Qua Mudd. The refreshments were delicious and everyone came away happy and the bride was wished every good wish for her life with Josh. Qua has been very busy in the pantry lately and that is much appreciated.

There will be a banquet on Sunday February 14th in place of the evening service. It will be entitled “I Love My Church Banquet”. The time will be at 6:00 p.m. The decoration of the church will take place on Saturday a.m. February 13th.

It is time for the men to have an outing or some kind of get-together, so be thinking of something that will interest most of the men. Seniors also ought to have an outing somewhere, and if anyone is interested contact me and we will plan an event.

The food pantry is doing a land office boom now with so many laid off or downsized. We had a record 21 new clients last month. The Lord has provided and will continue, we pray. It is imperative that all Christians be in earnest prayer for the leaders of our country and the lawmakers that they be led by God in the laws that they make.

If you are a Christian and not currently attending a church regularly, then come to North Creek and you will be blessed to be serving the Lord in the way one should. If you are not a Christian, the signs of the times ought to worry you somewhat. These times were predicted more than 1900 years ago. They seem to fit today.
