C’ville Tigers sweep two district games

The Centerville Tigers defeated Groveton 57-21 on January 22nd.
The Tigers jumped to a commanding 12-2 advantage in the first quarter and had a 29-11 lead at the half. The Tigers continued to increase the lead against the over matched Groveton team and walked away with a convincing 57- 21 victory. Clay Hardee tallied 16 points and Jamal High tossed in 14 points to pace the Tigers. High and Jonathan Cloud had 7 rebounds each to lead on the defensive side of the ball.

Robinson 1 point; Rashad Hopkins 3 rebounds
The Tigers travel to New Waverly on January 26th and travel to Buffalo on January 29th for district games.
