Buffalo EE Club meets

The Buffalo EE Club met on January 20th, 2010 in the home of Frances Rogers. The meeting was called to order by President Leslie Maciel with 9 members and 1 guest (Marilyn Brown) present. The minutes from the December meeting were not presented for approval in the absence of the Secretary. TheTreasurer’s report was presented and approved. Members were reminded of the Educational Day on January 26th to be held at the Buffalo Civic Center. All members were asked to bring a covered dish. The District Spring Conference will be held in Georgetown on April 15th. The club spring trip will be in April (where and when has not yet been decided). There was some discussion on County AND Club Fundraisers for 2010.

Members turned in their volunteer hours for the past month. The club meeting for February will be at the Stagecoach Deli Restaurant at 11:30 am (different time). All members were ask to bring a” Valentine’s Item” to be collected and presented as the door prize. The Buffalo EE Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 12:00 (noon) and enjoy a covered dish lunch.
