Fire destroys Buffalo home

Flames blaze from the back porch of the mobile home occupied by the Darren Jones family. No one was home at the time of the fire. Van’Go’photo Buffalo volunteer firefighters were assisted by the Flo and Jewett VFD in responding to a Monday morning house fire on Lanely Road (Hwy 1848) in Buffalo. The mobile home located at 1202B Lanely Road is owned by James “Bubba” Flanary and occupied by the Darren Jones family. It was totally destroyed by the flames but the firemen were able to keep the blaze from spreading to the garage, shop or neighboring home. Buffalo Police Officer Mata was first at the scene and ascertained that the children were safely at school.
