4-H Fashion needs formals Do you have formal gowns or dressy dresses and suits in your closet taking up valuable space? If so, then Leon County 4-H Clothing and Textiles project members have a deal for you! Leon County 4-H will again hold its 4-H Fashion Lock-In with a Recycle and Reuse theme. One of the activities will be to take discarded formals, dresses and suits and remake them into something new. If you have dresses or suits that you would like to donate, please bring them to the Leon County Texas AgriLife Extension Service office, located in the Leon County Annex I on the 3rd floor or drop them off at Farmers State Bank in Jewett. We ask that you do so by February 12, 2010. If you have any questions, please call 903-536- 2531 or email to wgneyland@ ag.tamu.edu. Leon County 4-H appreciates your support in this fun learning project! Extension programs serve people of all ages regardless of socioeconomic level, race, color, sex, religion, disability or national origin.
