Officer Mouton to Lanely Road for loud music. Unable to locate. Call cleared.
Officer Haynie to Commerce Street for disturbance. Upon arrival, officer spoke with subject who stated he and son had had an altercation over the son’s cell phone. Son had stepped outside to cool off and disappeared. Search was conducted and he was found at local hotel behind the business. Lt Jefferson and Chief Pavelka assisted in the search. No other police action was taken.
Officer Haynie to Center Street for disturbance. Upon arrival, officer met with Reportee regarding to subjects that had gotten in a fight. Both subjects had already left. No other police action was taken.
Officer Mouton to Michael Avenue for burlary of habitation. Tenant returned home to find residence had been burglarized.
Officer Hutchison to Legalley Street for possible discharging of a firearm. Unable to locate. Cleared as info.
Officer Hutchison to Harriman Park Road for criminal mischief. Officer received complaint regarding fence damage at the Harriman Park pavilion. Remains under investigation.
Officer Hutchison assisted by Lt Jefferson to Main Street for agency assist. Officer was called to residence for unresponsive person. EMS arrived and revived victim and transported to Fairfield ER. Cleared as info.
Officer Hutchison to Commerce Street for abandoned 911 call. Upon arrival, officer spoke with caller who said he had made call and hung up before speaking to the operator. Call was in regards to a suspicious person walking in front of his residence. Officer located subject at Center Street and Commerce and interviewed. Subject smelled strongly of alcohol. After submitting to a breath test, the subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to LCSO jail for processing.
Officer Hutchison to Commerce Street for suspicious person. Officer made contact with Reportee regarding subject entering business and asking for money. Subject was gone upon arrival.
Officer Hutchison & Sgt Ferrand to Avant Street for verbal disturbance. Upon arrival, officers met with complainant who advised her daughter and another subject were causing conflict in her residence. No physical altercation had occurred. Officer transported subject to another residence to allow situation to diffuse. Cleared as info.
Officer Haynie to Commerce Street for suspicious person. Upon arrival, officer spoke with store manager who advised that a subject was making customers nervous by asking about money and if they wanted to buy a lawn mower. Subject left premises before officer arrived. Unable to locate in surrounding area.
Officer Mouton to Commerce Street for business alarm. Upon arrival, officer met with store manager who had checked the store and believed the high wind had set off door alarm. Call cleared.
Sgt Ferrand at Buffalo PD received complaint regarding telephone harassment and assault by threat. Officer spoke with Reportee who said she was threatened by subject over an incident with subject’s relative. Reportee wanted the threats to stop but did not want to pursue charges but wanted incident documented. It was determined that the threats occurred outside City of Buffalo, so officer referred Reportee to LCSO if decided to pursue charges.
Sgt Ferrand at Buffalo PD received info regarding a lost wedding ring at the Mobil fuel station on Commerce Street while traveling on Dec. 6, 2009. Ring was of significant value and report was required by her insurance company.
