Every year these young boys go on a doorto door food drive to collect canned goods to give to a family in need from the Angel tree at the school. This year the boys gathered 88 items in boxes, bags, and cans. This annual event has always been a favorite for the Scouts. With every item placed into a grocery sack by a community member, the boys would whoop and holler with excitement. The Scouts celebrated their success with hot cocoa and cookies.

The next community service project scheduled for Pack 610 will be the annual clean-up project, to help keep Oakwood beautiful.
