North Creek Baptist Church

By Tom Nolen

Tom Nolen Tom Nolen Here’s hoping that everybody is full of turkey and dressing and is still able to walk. We won’t be bothered by visions of Santa Claus and his mighty reindeer or by any other of the myths of this season. Thank God that the real reason for the season is that Jesus has been born and went to pay for our sins then after the death on the cross, He rose to give salvation to all who believes in him. There are no unusual meetings coming up in January except the council meeting on the third of January and the monthly business meeting on the evening of tenth of January. The temperature has been getting pretty low lately (could that be global warming?????). It feels good for a few minutes but don’t stay out for long. The politics of this era are proving to be the beginning of one-world, one-government and the end seems to be shaping up for the big battle and then tribulation period. Hope the children of God keep their eyes on the Eastern sky. Lift up your head, redemption draweth nigh. If you are a Christian , be ready for instantaneous delivery to eternity. If you are not now a Christian you need to think quick and decide whether you prefer eternal existence in the presence of the evil ones or eternity with the Savior of all humanity. Think about it. If you decide to look into it closer come to North Creek and someone will show you how to inherit eternal life with Jesus. “See ya there.”
