Community Bank Holdings of Texas, Inc. announces new Chairman CORSICANA, TEXAS (November 17, 2009) – At their board meeting this week, the directors of Community Bank Holdings of Texas, Inc. elected Byron Cook as Chairman of the Board. Cook is stepping into this position left vacant with the recent passing of his father, Leland Cook. The other directors are Lyle Red, President; Zane Stites, Secretary; and Gary Summerall. Community Bank Holdings of Texas, Inc. serves as the holding company for Community National Bank & Trust of Texas (CNB&T), headquartered in Corsicana.
