Officer Hutchison to IH 45 for golf balls being thrown from a moving vehicle. Officer was unable to locate the vehicle described. LCSO advised Freestone County SO of the call. Cleared as info.

Officer Hutchison to Commerce Street for dispute at business. Upon arrival, officer spoke with parties involved regarding credit card purchase that had been voided by business employee. Issue was resolved. Cleared as info.

Officer Hutchison to IH 45 Feeder Road for loose livestock. Officer located livestock 2 miles inside Freestone county line. Freestone County SO was notified to send deputy. Cleared as info.

Officer Hutchison to Commerce Street for intoxicated person. Officer observed subject fall and be helped up in business parking lot. Officer made contact with subjects and one was bleeding from the fall. EMS was called to the location. Officer spoke with other subjects that were traveling in the same vehicle. After further investigation, it was found that they all had been drinking. Officer allowed subjects to call friends to drive them home. Upon arrival of friends, it was found that one had an outstanding warrant in Dallas County. That person was taken into custody while others were allowed to leave. Subject was transported to LCSO jail without incident.

Officer Hutchison & Lt Jefferson to Commerce Street for disturbance at business. Upon arrival, officers spoke with victim regarding being assaulted by two persons. Officers located suspects at another business. After investigation, both suspects were issued citations for DOC Fighting in Public.

Officer Hutchison to IH 45 for speeding motor vehicle. Officer was notified by DPS Trooper regarding a vehicle traveling on IH 45 in excess of 100 mph. Officer located vehicle and verified speed before stopping it. Driver was issued citation for speeding.

Officer Hutchison to IH 45 for agency assist. LCSO Deputy Gifford contacted officer regarding a traffic stop he was on. Driver admitted he had thrown a bag of marijuana from the vehicle. Officer stayed with driver while deputy located the contraband. Deputy Gifford took driver into custody while officer waited for wrecker service to arrive.

Officer Hutchison, Jewett PD Officer O’Riley & LCSO Deputy Dorman to Gene Street for verbal disturbance. Upon arrival, officer asked JPD Officer O’Riley to stop vehicle exiting the apartment complex due to person inside resided at the apartment where call was reported. Officer and deputy attempted to contact suspect in apartment but door was locked and subject would not respond. Officer O’Riley returned with girlfriend of suspect. No assault had occurred. Suspect was just upset about a family member passing away. Cleared as info.

Officer Hutchison to Commerce Street for business alarm. Officer checked the perimeter fence and found secure. Unable to check inside due to security gate. Cleared as info.

Officer Hutchison to Parks Street for possible family violence. Upon arrival, officer located suspect who had assaulted a family member. Subject was taken into custody and transported to LCSO jail for Assault Causing Injury/ Family Violence.

Sgt Ferrand received call at Buffalo PD regarding possible identity theft. Officer spoke with subject who was being billed for power at an address she had never occupied. Investigation revealed subject’s relative was involved. Subject declined to file charges. Cleared as info.

Sgt Ferrand to Highway 79 for possible forged prescriptions. Found caller was outside of city limits so officer referred to LCSO for offense report.

Sgt Ferrand to Commerce Street for possible stalker. Officer spoke with Complainant regarding a subject that entered her place of employment and made inquiries about her vehicle and where she lived. Complainant did not feel she was being stalked just wanted info from license plate of the subject. Officer informed her he could not give that info but told her how to obtain it. Cleared as info.

Sgt Ferrand to Commerce Street for suspicious person. Officer received call regarding subject soliciting for money. Manager asked that subject leave and he complied. Manager gave officer license plate number but officer was unable to locate the vehicle in the immediate area. Cleared as info.

Sgt Ferrand & Chief Pavelka to Commerce Street for terroristic threat. Officer was contacted by LCSO dispatch regarding a bomb threat called in to Brookshire Bros via cell phone. Building was evacuated and searched. No bomb was found.

Officer Mouton to Commerce Street for business alarm. Officer checked perimeter of the building and found secure. Call cleared.

Officer Mouton to IH 45 for agency assist on crash. Officer responded to a one car rollover crash. Upon locating vehicle, officer searched area for driver. LCSO deputy arrived and scene was released to him. Call cleared.

Officer Mouton to Commerce Street for business alarm. Officer checked perimeter of the building and found secure. Officer responded to similar call 24 hours earlier. Call cleared.
