2010 Yearbooks and memory books on sale now Save money by purchasing your student's 2010 yearbook or memory book before the Christmas holidays. The cost of the high school book, if ordered by December 12th, is forty dollars. After the 12th of December all yearbooks will be priced at forty-five dollars and will go up an additional five dollars if not preordered by March 1st. This year's theme is Perspectives: Looking Back, Moving Forward. The Staff plans to include a look back at the history of Buffalo and the school system while looking forward to what is to come. The yearbook will include several interesting facts and historic photographs. The Yearbook will be 170 pages and will be in full color. Books are available for purchase in the high school library. For students on the elementary or junior high campuses, memory books will be available. Also as a new addition the journalism staff has decided to combine campus books with the memory books. "So many families have kids on the elementary campus and the junior high campus that we decided it would be better to have one bigger book with both so it would save families money. Plus with four campuses next year, we knew it would need to go to one book eventually anyway," advisor Melonie Menefee said. "The most important concern for us with the change was making certain that we kept plenty of coverage for both campuses. We've done that." The memory book sill be 104 pages and will also be in full color. Memory books can be purchased for twenty dollars before Christmas holidays and thirty dollars afterward. The books can be upgraded from soft cover to hard cover for an additional five dollars. You may purchase a book on campus or by returning order forms to your child's home room teacher. Also 2009 yearbooks and memory books are still available for purchase, as well as, a few 2008 yearbooks. The yearbooks cost thirty dollars and the memory books are fifteen dollars. All of which are available for purchase in the high school library. |
