Leon County Grand Jury returns eighteen indictments

District Attorney Whitney T. Smith met with the Leon County Grand Jury members November 12, 2009 and presented nineteen cases of crimes alleged to have occurred in Leon County, for their review. An indictment (true bill) was returned on eighteen cases and one case was passed.
