Straight from The Horse’s Mouth
      Recently I came across a couple of very odd words. One, I thought I was familiar with, but there are multiple definitions for the word 'avatar'. It originates from Sanskrit, has up to three definitions including foreign cultural meanings, and even one definition found only in "computing" dictionaries. The second word to rock my world last week is 'shiparobe'.

Buffalo Police Report
      Officer Hutchison to Martin Street for loose dog attack on resident’s dog. Upon arrival, spoke with resident regarding her dog being attacked by a stray dog. Dog had sustained injuries on its mouth and nose and stray dog was gone from the residence. Advised her that animal control was not on duty on weekends and to contact LCSO if the she had further problems.
