Well, did you know she celebrated her 91st birthday this week? More ... The Oakwood Volunteer Fire Department held its annual BBQ fundraiser on Saturday. According to Sheri Smith who coordinates the calls, this is the only fundraiser they do each year. It is extremely important that this fundraiser go well. And it did. The crowd started rolling in at 11:00 and kept on coming. The best anyone can guesstimate, they fed over 200 people. More ... They have been here before but Sammy Glass’s Mother and his sister and her family are the Telestials and have come here often. They would make excellent, responsible companions to help protect you and guard your home.
