Caseys’ grandson making a name on links

Contributed photo Dustin Brisher, grandson of Dudley and Gay Casey of Buffalo, was recently awarded a place on the Houston Golf Association’s “2009 First Team All H.G.A.” at the annual banquet held at the Redstone Golf Clubhouse in Humble, Texas. There were over two hundred boys 16-18 years old competing for one of ten places on this team. He earned this award for his outstanding performance in nine of eleven tournaments held from May through September at differentcourses in the Southeast Texas area. Dustin placed in the Top Ten nine times and the Top Five six times, placing 5th once, 4th once, 3rd once, 2nd twice, and 1st once. Dustin’s low score for the season was a “71”. He has also qualified to compete on the level of H.G.A. Performance Sires group.

Dustin is 16 years old and attends Willis High School. He is a member of the Varsity Golf Team and also plays quarterback and kicker for the Wildkat football team.
