An 18-wheeler jackknifed on I-45 on Thursday afternoon caused freeway traffic to slow to a crawl throughout the afternoon and evening. The accident occured just south of Buffalo in the northbound lane near the Bliss Creek overpass. Trooper Seymore worked the accident. Bison fans travelling to the junior high game at Centerville spent an hour at the game -- and twice that much time in the 15-mile commute back home.
