Halloweenpalooza planned at First Baptist

The First Baptist Church will host its annual Pumpkin Patch festivities in conjunction with Stewart Memorial United Methodist Church's Trunk or Treat. Event sites will be the FBC parking lot on the corner of Walker St. and Hwy 79, Davis's Country Store parking lot, and the front of the parking lot at the Methodist Church. There will be more fun, more food, and more prizes than ever.

We will offer an abundance of family-oriented activities for all age groups including bounce houses, jousting, bungee run racing, and games. There are old favorites and new challenges, including a new football throw, wheel of fortune and a golf hole in one. The Methodist Church will have treats galore stashed in trunks, truck beds, who knows what! Come and see the classic movie It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.. AND, be sure and wear your best costumes so you can participate in the costume contests that will be held throughout the event.

Parking is available at both churches and the Davis' Country Store parking lot. Two hay-wagon shuttles will run every 15 minutes from church to church with a stopover at Davis' Country Store. This will ensure safe passage from one event to the other. Traffic supervision will be under the direction of Buffalo Police Department. Come see us Saturday, October 31, 2009, 6:00 to 8:00.
