Leon County Grand Jury returns twelve true bills

Whitney T. Smith, District Attorney met with the Leon County Grand Jury members October 8, 2009 and presented twelve cases of crimes alleged to have occurred in Leon County, for their review. An indictment (true bill) was returned on ten cases and two cases were nobilled.
