Hilltop Lakes Ladies Golf Results
September 30-October 1 (Wednesday and Thursday), the 18-hole Ladies had their
Club Championship Tournament. Seventeen players participated and the results were determined
based on the two-day scores (Total 2-day Gross). We also awarded first and second
place for each flight. Congratulations to all winners.
Club Champion for 2009 is Leonor Holland. Leonor shot two 87's for a total of 174.

First Flight - LOW Gross
1st place went to Shirley Schiamara with 179
2nd place winner Marcia Rector (Joyce Perkins lost in scorecard playoff). Score of 185
Second Flight
1st place went to Linda Hambrick winning by scorecard playoff over 2nd place winner,
Helen Prejean. They both shot 198
Third Flight
1st place went to Ginger O'Brien with a 224
2nd place went to Ella Bishir
Quinny Edwards and JoAnn Pool Won First Low Net in the 3rd Flight.
On Thursday the ladies competed for Closest to the Pin on Par Three, Chip-ins, and
Birdies. Winners were as as follows
Nancy Keown - Chip-in on #3 & 11, Birdie on #3
Ginger O'Brien - Chip-in on #6 & #15 and a Birdie on #10
Marcia Rector - Closest to the Pin on #15
Helen Prejean - Closest to the Pin on #7 and Birdie on #7
Georgia Gibson - Birdie on #7
Debbie Miller - Birdie on #4
Linda Hambrick - Chip-in on #8
Friday’s Closest to the Pin on Par Three, Chip-Ins, and Birdies were awarded as follows:

The 9-Hole Gals played their first day of the Club Championship Tournament and will play
the final day of their 9-Hole Club Champion tournament next week.
The 18-Hole ladies will compete for September ACE (original scheduled date was a rainout).
