North Creek Baptist Church
      The time is drawing near for the annual Fall Festival. It will fall on October 24th.with time to be announced later but it will probably be in the evening. The kids can get as much fun as “trick or treating” and without worshipping the satanic forces as Halloween does. The Christian holiday is much better for the kids and they can thank God for the treats.

Junior Master Gardeners promote a love of gardening
      Buffalo Elementary held their first Leon County 4-H Junior Master Gardeners program on Friday September 25, 2009. The Leon County Master Gardeners had them make their own rain gages, plant their own plants and do a Gardener Word Find work sheet. The Junior Master Gardener program was introduced in California in 1999.
